Have a look at the current market. Inventory remains short and prices are still going UP. As in, we have half the inventory that we need. We are starting to hear the rumblings of things beginning to slow. We always slow up a little in the summer due to vacations and the heat. I'll keep you posted as to whether or not this is seasonal or a new trend. *It wouldn't hurt for Austin growth to slow down. Just sayin'.
