Activity slowed down a bit due to the holiday weekend but closed sales are starting to pick up. Inventory levels are very low properties under $350,000 have less than 2 weeks inventory. Properties under $1,000,000 have around 2 months or less. Luxury properties are sitting longer and have almost 7 months of inventory.
